These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website majorarcana.cards (the "Website") and any services provided through it (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you do not, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
The Website provides an interactive digital tarot reading experience designed for reflection, self-exploration, and entertainment.
Users may:
- Ask questions
- Receive AI-generated tarot interpretations
- Purchase packages for additional readings
- Save and manage their readings within their account
The Service uses automated artificial intelligence systems to generate responses based on tarot symbolism and user input.
3. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer)
The readings provided through the Website:
- Are generated using artificial intelligence
- Are intended for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight
- Do not constitute professional advice
The Service does not provide: medical advice; legal advice; financial advice; psychological counseling; professional consulting.
You should not rely on readings to make important life decisions. Any actions you take based on the information provided by the Service are taken at your own risk.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. The Service is not a substitute for professional help.
4. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Readings on the Website are generated using artificial intelligence systems. As with any automated system: responses may contain inaccuracies; interpretations are probabilistic rather than factual; outputs should be treated as reflective guidance rather than statements of truth.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading generated by the Service.
5. User Accounts
Anonymous Use. Users may request readings without creating an account. In this case: readings are stored temporarily; they are automatically deleted after 6 months; anonymous readings are not linked to an identifiable user account.
Registered Users. Users who purchase a paid package may provide an email address and create an account. Registered users may: access their reading history; manage stored readings; delete readings individually; delete their account entirely. Readings associated with a registered account remain stored until the user deletes them.
6. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree that you will not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Website; attempt to bypass service limits or payment systems; submit malicious or harmful input; use automated systems to abuse the Service.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
7. Payments
Certain features of the Service require payment. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase you agree that: payment processing is handled by Stripe; the Company does not store your full payment card details; pricing is displayed clearly before purchase on the packages page.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The Service provides digital content within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by purchasing a reading and consenting to its immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been started or delivered.
This consent is obtained at the point of purchase. If you purchase a reading package but have not yet started any reading within that package, you may request a withdrawal by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds for started readings: Once a reading has been started (i.e., any cards have been drawn or any interpretation has been delivered), that reading is considered fully delivered digital content and is non-refundable.
Refunds for unused readings: If you purchased a bundle or 5-pack and have unused readings remaining, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a partial refund for the unused portion.
Technical issues: If a technical error prevents you from accessing a paid reading, please contact support. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement reading.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website including but not limited to: branding, text, design, tarot system implementation, user interface, and generated reading structure is the property of the Company unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without prior written permission.
10. User Input
Users may submit text input in order to receive readings. By submitting input you confirm that: you have the right to submit the content; the content does not violate any laws; the content does not contain malicious code or harmful material.
User inputs are processed solely for the purpose of generating readings and improving the Service. By submitting input, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing your reading, operating the Service, and improving the Service (in accordance with our Privacy Policy). This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to the Company.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any: indirect damages; loss of opportunity; emotional distress; financial loss; decisions made based on readings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
13. Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, embargoes, labour disputes, failure of third-party services (including telecommunications or payment processors), power failures, or other critical infrastructure failures. Affected obligations may be suspended for the duration of such circumstances.
14. Availability of the Service
The Company does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains: how user data is stored; how readings are retained; how cookies are used; how users can request deletion of their data.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if: these Terms are violated; fraudulent activity is suspected; the Service is abused or manipulated. Users may terminate their account at any time by deleting it through personal info.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that affect paid features or user rights, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, the updated version will be posted on the Website without prior notice. When changes occur: the updated version will be posted on the Website; the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
19. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers who wish to resolve disputes arising from online purchases. The platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
